As part of the Mars Challenge International Final — The Grand Jam 2026, La Agencia Humana España brings together, in a closed session, a select group of education leaders, public officials, companies, experts and voices from civil society.
While young people from different countries work, present and defend solutions within Mars Challenge, this gathering opens a different conversation:
What decisions must those of us responsible for the world they will inherit make today?
It is not a parallel conference or a standalone programme.
It is a side event integrated into The Grand Jam's agenda, conceived as a small space for cross-generational conversation and reflection around some of the major shifts already transforming Spain:

La Agencia Humana is not looking to produce quick conclusions.
It seeks to put on the table the questions we can no longer postpone and connect them with a generation that, a few metres away, will be doing the opposite of waiting: creating, deciding and proposing.
A conversation reserved for those with the capacity to transform.
