Welcome, guide and help the experience work
Selected volunteers will support participant care and event operations. Assignments depend on profile, availability, training and confirmed operational needs.
General areas include welcome and registration, information and wayfinding, room and activity support, delegation support, participant experience, production and logistics, and communication, languages or accessibility where relevant.
A clear exchange
The organisation will communicate only confirmed, deliverable benefits, such as prior training, practical experience, accreditation and a verifiable certificate where approved. Accommodation, transport, financial compensation and unrestricted access are not promised.
Volunteering requires real availability and willingness to meet confirmed conditions: training, shifts, punctuality, respect, confidentiality and protection of minors.
